“The heated rooftop pool was a wonderful feature that caught my attention. Even though I didn't get to swim due to colder weather, the views from the pool area were amazing. It's a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I could only imagine how enjoyable it must be on a sunny day, possibly with a glass of wine in hand while enjoying the gorgeous sights of London.” view full review

I had a wonderful stay at The Berkeley with lovely attention from the staff. The room was beautifully designed and the location was perfect for exploring London. However, the check-in process could have been a bit more streamlined, and I found some elements in the room to be less than ideal.

The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and featured a juliet balcony overlooking St Pauls, which added to the experience. The bedding was luxurious, and I slept really well. Although, I noticed the toiletries provided were quite basic and didn't quite match the hotel's overall luxury feel.

The staff were really good and went out of their way to make me feel special. They were friendly and attentive without being stuffy at all. However, I did experience a slight delay in getting some specific housekeeping requests answered.
